HOW TO SLIM DOWN THIGH AREA

According to one of the Q&A in Yahoo Answers.

"" I'm very small-framed and petite, not overweight at all, but I have a little bit of a problem area around my thighs. Like the area in the back and side, JUST below the butt, has a little more...bulge...than I'd like. I want to slim down that area. What's the best way to target that area? More cardio, or do I need to incorporate more weight training for those muscles? ALSO, the inner thigh could use a little toning and tightening..I was told those thigh machines aren't good because they bulk you up there.. so, again, what would be the best way to TONE DOWN that area?? regardless of what people say, it is impossible to target fat loss in specific areas, the whole concept of target fat loss is simply a myth, everyone has different areas where their body stores excess fat, but if you continue doing cardio exercise and eating right eventually your problem areas will tone up and look good
